Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
- HR certification preferred
- Two years of experience in recruiting/staffing functions preferred
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions independently
