Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and maintain positive employer branding
  • Track recruitment KPIs and assist with talent acquisition projects to improve organizational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
  • HR certification preferred
  • Two years of experience in recruiting/staffing functions preferred
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions independently
