HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR/People Business Partner (Remote EST/CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
• Provide employee relations guidance and manage HR functions such as employment and labor relations
• Conduct training on various topics including performance management and diversity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
• 5-8 years of demonstrable experience in HR
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach
