A company is looking for an HR/People Business Partner (Remote EST/CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
- Provide employee relations guidance and manage HR functions such as employment and labor relations
- Conduct training on various topics including performance management and diversity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
- 5-8 years of demonstrable experience in HR
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach
