- Proven ability to execute strategic total rewards programs in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with compensation structures and benefits programs
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and managing related filings and audits
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday and Workday Benefits
