Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People Ops to design, lead, and evolve their People function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable systems for performance management, learning, and manager development
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Foster an inclusive, high-trust culture and oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years owning a People Ops function in a high-growth environment
  • Deep knowledge of modern HR practices across compliance, culture, performance management, and compensation design
  • Proven ability to scale People systems during growth or reorganization
  • Practical understanding of AI and automation in People Ops
  • Familiarity with HR tools like Justworks, CultureAmp, and Greenhouse
