A company is looking for a Head of People Ops to design, lead, and evolve their People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems for performance management, learning, and manager development
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Foster an inclusive, high-trust culture and oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years owning a People Ops function in a high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of modern HR practices across compliance, culture, performance management, and compensation design
- Proven ability to scale People systems during growth or reorganization
- Practical understanding of AI and automation in People Ops
- Familiarity with HR tools like Justworks, CultureAmp, and Greenhouse
