Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support its corporate team in overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships throughout the selection process
- Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously while managing a high volume of candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and prioritize job specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for cleared Intelligence and DoD government contracting roles
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Clearance Jobs and Indeed
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting requirements and compliance measures
