Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or health tech
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines
• Experience sourcing candidates and building top-of-funnel pipelines
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem
• Active work authorization in the US
