Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, attracting, and screening candidates for various positions
- Creating and posting job positions on multiple platforms
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to manage recruitment workload
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Beginning to intermediate knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Proficient experience with LinkedIn and Indeed, along with social media campaigns
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
