Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding processes, including document preparation and client collaboration
- Manage document organization and communication with clients and candidates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with small or growing businesses
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Experience drafting job descriptions and offer letters in compliance with employment law
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work
