Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts with commercial growth goals
- Source candidates proactively and manage a high volume of requisitions while delivering updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in sales or commercial roles, specifically in healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics
- Strong understanding of sales competencies and regional/territory structures
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to source and present diverse candidate slates
