A company is looking for a People Technology Analyst (Integrations).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end integration solutions for HR and Recruiting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure system compatibility
- Create technical documentation and design advanced reports to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in people systems integration development and support
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies, including Workday Studio and APIs
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Ruby
- Experience with HR and Recruiting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience preferred
