Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Leader (Temp-to-Hire) to provide strategic and operational leadership across the People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the People Operations team during maternity leave coverage, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight
- Oversee and execute key HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent management
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters and translate business strategy into actionable People initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience in dynamic environments
- Proven success in building and executing People strategies across various HR functions
- Experience in tech-enabled, healthcare, or pre-IPO organizations is preferred
- Hands-on experience leading and developing HR teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems
