Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source and manage candidates through the entire talent acquisition process
- Organize marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Experience in sourcing candidates and managing the interview process
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
