- Own delivery and success of training programs in various formats
- Analyze call center metrics to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, focusing on call center operations
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
- Experience with LMS platforms, preferably Docebo
- Proficiency in G Suite
