Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Administrator/Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage equity systems and administer global equity incentive plans, ensuring accurate processing of transactions
  • Resolve employee inquiries related to equity programs and coordinate with various departments for effective transaction processing
  • Maintain compliance documentation and prepare reports for audits and financial analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required
  • 4-8 years of equity administration experience in a large company with foreign subsidiaries preferred
  • Experience with Morgan Stanley's Shareworks and Equity Edge Online systems is required
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and model maintenance
