Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts for finance, accounting, IT, and HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, sourcing, and candidate preparation
- Submit qualified candidates for temporary/project and direct-hire opportunities
- Collaborate with account managers and maintain candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a mix of staffing agency and corporate recruiting
- Proven success in placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and levels, from staff to executive
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
