Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage technical talent while managing the full cycle recruiting process
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support employee experience activities
- Generate reports and insights for data-driven HR decision-making and contribute to training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions or equivalent education/experience
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
