Provider Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Provider Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of CAQH and its provider group capabilities to promote data solutions
• Proactively build relationships with provider groups and lead recruitment efforts for the Provider Data Portal
• Track provider group adoption and engagement activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in qualifying and converting inbound leads
• Healthcare experience is required, specifically with health systems, IPAs, or provider groups
• Deep experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
