Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of large-scale talent development programs and manage logistics for seamless delivery
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions to build key skills across the organization
- Act as a subject matter expert on leadership and capability matters, collaborating with the People Team to create value-add solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
- Experience in change management, project management, and strategic planning preferred
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead cross-functional project teams
- Familiarity with DEI initiatives and best practices in talent development
