Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain and enhance HRIS for accuracy and compliance, generating reports for leadership
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Experience with HRIS, specifically ADP
- Expertise in benefits administration
