  • Provide analysis and education on compensation topics while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • CCP certification preferred
  • Five+ years of experience in compensation/HR field required
  • Three years of management experience supervising a team required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated project management skills required
