Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for staff and manage faculty recruitment processes
- Conduct payroll activities and maintain comprehensive employee records
- Provide consultative support to managers and oversee the annual appraisal process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Relevant specialized certification such as SHRM is preferred
- Experience in a unionized workplace is a plus
- Familiarity with collective bargaining union agreements is advantageous
