Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for staff and manage faculty recruitment processes
  • Conduct payroll activities and maintain comprehensive employee records
  • Provide consultative support to managers and oversee the annual appraisal process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant specialized certification such as SHRM is preferred
  • Experience in a unionized workplace is a plus
  • Familiarity with collective bargaining union agreements is advantageous
