Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of professional human resources or operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday preferred
