Required Qualifications

- Experience working remotely in an international team
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Hands-on experience using ATS tools and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in recruitment
- Experience recruiting for digital marketing/PR roles is an advantage
