A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires and assist with offboarding and data tracking
• Collaborate on HR projects across different time zones and support employer branding efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companies
• Experience working remotely in an international team
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Hands-on experience using ATS tools and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in recruitment
• Experience recruiting for digital marketing/PR roles is an advantage
