Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Proactively source and engage top-tier talent in the EU and US markets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve hiring processes using data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Extensive hiring experience in global markets, especially the EU and US
- Proven track record of closing over 90 offers per quarter
- Expertise in recruiting for B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, and Customer Success roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI-related recruitment technologies
