A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Proactively source and engage top-tier talent in the EU and US markets
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve hiring processes using data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Extensive hiring experience in global markets, especially the EU and US
• Proven track record of closing over 90 offers per quarter
• Expertise in recruiting for B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, and Customer Success roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI-related recruitment technologies
