Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's multi-year Talent Acquisition roadmap
- Lead the evolution of Talent Acquisition, including Centers of Excellence for sourcing and executive recruiting
- Optimize the candidate experience through data-driven insights and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (required); advanced degree (preferred)
- 10+ years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role, preferably in healthcare or human services
- Experience building a scalable Talent Acquisition function with over 1,000 hires per year
- Strong analytical, business, strategic, and financial acumen
- Proven leadership in Human Capital Management/Applicant Tracking System transformations
