Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategic sourcing approaches
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for agent and mid-level roles, building strong candidate pipelines
- Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and streamline workflows while maintaining compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP Lyric
- Knowledge of Canadian and US employment and hiring laws
- Highly organized and comfortable in a production-focused role
- Authorized to work in Canada or the US
