A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategic sourcing approaches
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for agent and mid-level roles, building strong candidate pipelines
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and streamline workflows while maintaining compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP Lyric
• Knowledge of Canadian and US employment and hiring laws
• Highly organized and comfortable in a production-focused role
• Authorized to work in Canada or the US
