Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience, with 5 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience
• 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in technology, biotech, or healthcare sectors
• Strong experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse CRM
• Ability to identify and attract passive candidates for niche roles
• Passionate about making a difference in healthcare through innovation and people
