Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate business performance by coaching leadership on people-related matters and aligning talent initiatives with business priorities
- Drive alignment and efficiency by fostering collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and People Operations
- Establish trust and influence with executives, enabling data-informed decisions on complex people and organizational issues
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive People Business Partner experience, particularly in change management and talent strategy
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market teams is required
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience; advanced degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Experience in supporting a global organization is a plus
