Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first in-country HRBP supporting the Islamabad-based sales team
• Own day-to-day HR operations in Pakistan, including employee relations and policy rollout
• Collaborate with the US-based HRBP team to influence people strategy and apply performance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a US-based company, specifically in Pakistan
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance management cases
• Experience building or adapting HR policies to comply with local labor laws
• Strong judgment and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with modern tech tools for documentation and communication
