Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first in-country HRBP supporting the Islamabad-based sales team
- Own day-to-day HR operations in Pakistan, including employee relations and policy rollout
- Collaborate with the US-based HRBP team to influence people strategy and apply performance frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in a US-based company, specifically in Pakistan
- Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance management cases
- Experience building or adapting HR policies to comply with local labor laws
- Strong judgment and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with modern tech tools for documentation and communication
