Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR/People Partner experience, preferably in a global tech environment
- Experience in performance management, change management, and talent development
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make appropriate recommendations
- Proficiency in leveraging HR systems and AI-enabled solutions to enhance programs
- Proven track record of collaborating across multiple People functions to deliver integrated solutions
