A company is looking for a Head of Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the company-wide compensation strategy, including salary, bonus, commission, and equity programs
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership on all compensation-related topics
  • Design and recommend commission structures and variable pay plans that align with sales strategy and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience reporting to and working closely with executive leadership
  • Deep expertise in variable compensation design, including sales commission structures
  • Strong knowledge of compensation analytics, modeling, and benchmarking practices
  • Experience managing compensation in fast-paced, high-growth, and global environments
