A company is looking for a Head of Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company-wide compensation strategy, including salary, bonus, commission, and equity programs
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership on all compensation-related topics
- Design and recommend commission structures and variable pay plans that align with sales strategy and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience reporting to and working closely with executive leadership
- Deep expertise in variable compensation design, including sales commission structures
- Strong knowledge of compensation analytics, modeling, and benchmarking practices
- Experience managing compensation in fast-paced, high-growth, and global environments
