A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations matters
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct employee relations research and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and labor relations
- 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
