Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to analyze data and influence business decisions
- Demonstrated history of influencing senior leaders and managing multiple projects effectively
