A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS to lead the evolution of their Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for key Workday modules and provide strategic support for HR programs
- Partner with HR Operations to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and oversee system optimization
- Lead a team of HRIS professionals and manage system testing, deployment cycles, and change management for Workday releases
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology with expertise in Workday HCM
- Demonstrated ability to architect and oversee Workday configurations and manage complex HRIS initiatives
- Experience managing and mentoring team members across diverse locations
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of translating technical concepts into business outcomes
- Proficiency in Workday integrations and custom reporting
