Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a technical sourcer in the software engineering space
- Proven expertise in various sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean search
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify target companies and market trends
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms
