Job Summary
A company is looking for an ADA Unit Leader to manage a team investigating Disability and Absence claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources for success
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback or development opportunities
- Drive Claim Management Accuracy and customer experience through quality program support
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Disability and/or Absence Management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of disability and absence management contractual provisions
- Basic knowledge of medical conditions and FMLA/PFML requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Associate Degree preferred
