Disability Claims Unit Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADA Unit Leader to manage a team investigating Disability and Absence claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources for success
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback or development opportunities
• Drive Claim Management Accuracy and customer experience through quality program support

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Disability and/or Absence Management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of disability and absence management contractual provisions
• Basic knowledge of medical conditions and FMLA/PFML requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Associate Degree preferred
