Tennessee Licensed Foster Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator to manage the recruitment, training, and support of foster families.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, train, and conduct home studies for potential foster parents
• Ensure compliance with DCS, Licensing, and CARF standards for foster homes
• Provide ongoing support and maintain communication with foster families to ensure successful placements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
• One to two years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families required
• One year of supervisory or administrative experience preferred
• Must complete all pre-service training for Foster Care Case Managers
• Occasional evening and weekend availability required
