Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficiency in database management and process improvement techniques
• Experience with HR systems and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Ability to manage escalated inquiries and resolve complex HR issues independently
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
