Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for their Remote Advice channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for financial advisors and related talent using various engagement channels
  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate flow to meet annual recruiting targets
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and design customized recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of recruiting financial advisors or similar talent under a W-2 model
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and meeting hiring goals
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
