A company is looking for a Sr Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for their Remote Advice channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for financial advisors and related talent using various engagement channels
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate flow to meet annual recruiting targets
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and design customized recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of recruiting financial advisors or similar talent under a W-2 model
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and meeting hiring goals
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
