Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner, Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to team leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning
• Manage performance management processes and design training and development programs
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation and performance management
• Experience in a high-growth, remote-first tech startup environment
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience supporting SaaS GTM teams is highly preferred
