Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to team leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning
- Manage performance management processes and design training and development programs
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation and performance management
- Experience in a high-growth, remote-first tech startup environment
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience supporting SaaS GTM teams is highly preferred
