Key Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 requisitions simultaneously to support the Talent Acquisition team
- Focus on recruiting for Sales & Marketing, with additional emphasis on Supply Chain and IT
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on salary discussions and competitive offers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Ability to conduct independent sourcing of candidates
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
- Proficiency in presenting market insights and recruiting data effectively
