Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR policies and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Direct all HR responsibilities including employee engagement and benefit administration
• Lead HR strategy, including recruiting efforts and employee performance management

Required Qualifications

• SPHR certification with 5 years of progressive Human Resources Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• HR Generalist background with knowledge of employment and organizational development
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach employees and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
