Job Summary
A company is looking for a Comp and Benefits Program Specialist to support the administration and coordination of employee benefit and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of benefits enrollments in the HRIS and facilitate new hire benefit orientations
- Administer leave-of-absence requests and support employee recognition programs
- Assist with compensation-related activities, including market data gathering and compliance tracking
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- 2 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Research and analytical skills
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is a plus
