Job Summary

A company is looking for a Comp and Benefits Program Specialist to support the administration and coordination of employee benefit and compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accuracy of benefits enrollments in the HRIS and facilitate new hire benefit orientations
  • Administer leave-of-absence requests and support employee recognition programs
  • Assist with compensation-related activities, including market data gathering and compliance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • 2 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Research and analytical skills
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is a plus
