Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Leave Administration - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily vendor interactions and ensure quality service delivery and compliance with benefit plan administration
- Address complex employee benefit inquiries and resolve escalations from various channels
- Administer leave of absence programs and support Senior Benefits Specialists with process improvements and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Three (3+) years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Ability to travel domestically (0-10% of the time) as required
- Associate's degree (or equivalent college-level credits) in a related field preferred
- Five (5+) years of experience in Benefits Administration for a large organization preferred
- Human Resources and/or Benefits Certification preferred
