Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Leave Administration - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily vendor interactions and ensure quality service delivery and compliance with benefit plan administration
  • Address complex employee benefit inquiries and resolve escalations from various channels
  • Administer leave of absence programs and support Senior Benefits Specialists with process improvements and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Three (3+) years of experience in Benefits Administration
  • Ability to travel domestically (0-10% of the time) as required
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent college-level credits) in a related field preferred
  • Five (5+) years of experience in Benefits Administration for a large organization preferred
  • Human Resources and/or Benefits Certification preferred
