Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Compliance- Escalations and Policy Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the employee lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance policies and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance policies and oversee offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy administration, or talent operations
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing escalation processes focused on compliance and risk mitigation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills
