Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance policies and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Provide training and guidance on compliance policies and oversee offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy administration, or talent operations
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience managing escalation processes focused on compliance and risk mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills
