Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners as a trusted talent acquisition advisor
- Lead full life-cycle search engagements and develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Provide insights into industry trends and enhance recruitment processes using data and market insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle agency and/or in-house recruiting
- Deep understanding of passive sourcing strategies for top talent acquisition
- Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, and methods
- Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
