Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to support hiring efforts for their Marketplace business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners as a trusted talent acquisition advisor
• Lead full life-cycle search engagements and develop innovative recruitment strategies
• Provide insights into industry trends and enhance recruitment processes using data and market insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in full cycle agency and/or in-house recruiting
• Deep understanding of passive sourcing strategies for top talent acquisition
• Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, and methods
• Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
