Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their Workday Human Capital Management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems, managing EIBs for data flow
- Lead Workday-related projects, overseeing system testing and deployment of new features
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Four or more years of experience administering Workday HR modules
- Four or more years of experience supporting Human Resources and payroll processes within Workday
- In-depth knowledge of integrations, EIBs, and reporting within Workday
- Experience in leading projects and managing timelines in a dynamic environment
