Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-risk investigations and manage employee issues to resolution
- Advise on employee relations programs and policies while maintaining confidentiality
- Analyze ER trends and recommend actions to improve employee relations
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, law, human resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations experience
- Experience conducting investigations on complex employee relations issues
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and train leaders
