Workday HCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional lead in the implementation and support of Workday HCM modules
• Translate complex HR business needs into Workday functional requirements and configurations
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Workday HCM modules

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen eligible for government clearance
• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management with a strong understanding of HR processes
• Prior experience using HCM software platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Familiarity with Federal HR requirements and policies
• Willingness to pursue Workday HCM Certification post-hire
