Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business leaders to execute organizational and people strategies

• Drive performance management initiatives and collaborate with COE Partners to deliver HR solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Ability to analyze data to influence business decisions
• Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects and driving results
