Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to execute organizational and people strategies
- Utilize data to evaluate and improve organizational health and support the product and technology teams
- Drive performance management initiatives and collaborate with COE Partners to deliver HR solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to analyze data to influence business decisions
- Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects and driving results
